Lymington II 173 all out
Bashley (Rydal) II 174 for 3

Lymington chose to bat first at the BCG in glorious conditions but soon lost Hand (11) and Smith (3). Skipper Adie Hunt and Ross Whyte took the score to 59 before a mix up resulted in Hunt being run out by Chris Vaughan for 22. Neil Taylor (2 for 28) bowled tidily in tandem with Sam Presland (2 for 45) who lured Whyte to hole out to a fine catch by Underwood for a well-made 41. L.Mcurdy (28), Naylor (16) and Freeman (15) all chipped in but with Laurent (1 for 20) , Simon Morris (2 for 26) and Alex Turner (2 for 31) keeping the scoring in check the visitors were bowled out for 173 in the last over.

The Bashley reply reached 25 when Phil Morris (19) was caught behind. James Underwood joined Alex Turner and with a mixture of good placement and hard running between the wickets these two added 75 in just 10 overs before Turner was bowled by the wily Hunt (2 for 47) for 39 including 6 fours. Lewis (4) holed out to deep square leg which brought Chris Vaughan to the crease who soon got into his stride and with Underwood upping his tempo no more wickets were lost as Bashley completed a resounding 7 wicket win with 16 overs remaining. Vaughan was unbeaten on 34 from 42 balls and Underwood brought up his half century from 63 balls to seal the victory.
