The first team finish the season in style by hammering Totton & Eling by 111 runs at the BCG.Gavin Bailiff playing his final innings for the club makes a career best 96 no ,together with Nick Baker (71) and Neil Thurgood (33) sees them post 246 for 4.Bailiff then takes 3 for 25 as the visitors are shot out for 135 , Kevin Nash (3 for 29) takes his season's wicket haul to 30 and Matt King chips in with 3 for 52.The seconds also finish with a comfortable 74 run win at St.Cross.Phil Morris (101) makes his maiden SEPCL ton in a total of 258 for 9 (Chris Vaughan 66,Shaun Lilley 41).Neil Taylor (3 for 18) and Simon Dean (3 for 42) then spin out the home side for 184 aided by some good outfielding notably an unbelievable running catch by veteran seamer John Whiting.

The first team are beaten by 7 wickets at newly crowned champions Havant.Only a fine 62 from Richard Morris and 31 from Australia bound Gavin Bailiff make any significant contributions on a difficult wicket as the innings closes on 167.The home side knock off the runs in comfort to seal a third consecutive title.The seconds are beaten by 51 runs chasing Trojans' 228 for 6 at the BCG despite a fine all-round performance from Callum Maher who takes 3 for 40 and follows up with 45 in a total of 177 (Simon Dean 36).

The first team coast to a comprehensive nine wicket win at home to bogey side Bournemouth thanks mainly to Andy Sexton's superb unbeaten 109 and 49 from Neil Thurgood.Earlier Matt King took 3 for 45 as the visitors were dismissed for 184 on a very flat strip at the BCG.The seconds get back to winning ways with a six wicket win at Sparsholt.Mitch Wison (3 for 20) and Greg Jones (3 for 29) help restrict the home side to just 169 and then Phil Morris (53),Chris Vaughan (52) and Callum Maher (31) polish off the runs.

Skipper Andy Neal (4 for 24) is the match winner in a 3 run victory as hosts St.Cross slump from 111 for 4 to 136 for 9 in response to the first team's 139 which was based on a 75 run stand between Andy Sexton (34) and Neil Thurgood (32).The second team finally deliver the batting performance they have been threatening all summer being shot out for just 81 (Shaun Lilley 20) in response to Gosport's 165 on a damp wicket at the BCG.The much recalled Simon Dean (3 for 31) and Greg Jones (3 for 33) take the bowling honours.

The first team suffer a massive 154 run defeat at Alton after being caught out on a drying wicket.Chasing the home sides' 204 for 7 (Max Waller 4 for 70) they slumped to 16 for 6 before a break for rain and a little tail end resistance saw the total to just 50 all out with ten minutes remaining.The second team continue their winning streak with a 72 run win over lowly Purbrook at the BCG.Neil Taylor (62no),Josh Digby (40) and Simon Dean (33) are the mainstays in a total of 219 for 7.Greg Jones then bowls a hostile spell to take 5 for 24 and Taylor (3 for 23) picks up some more cheap wickets as the visitors are dismissed for 147 leaving the stiffs in a comfortable sixth place in the table.

The first team post 160 against Andover with Neil Thurgood (54) and Richie Armstrong (47) the main contributors. Kevin Nash takes a season's best 6 for 66 in the visitors reply but they hold on at 128 for 9 to secure a winning draw.The second team struggle to a two wicket win in a rain affected game at Fair Oak.Ross Grierson with 3 for 18 helps restrict the home side to 155 for 9 in their 50 overs.Chris Vaughan (26) helped progress the score to 56 for 1 in 18 overs before the rain came.Chasing a reduced target of just 125 in 40 overs the usual batting collapse duly arrived as they slumped to 104 for 8.Neil Taylor (18no) was joined by Mike O'Sullivan who calmly stroked 7 off the last over to seal a nervy win.The club goes out of the SEC T20 cup with a defeat at home to Lymington on Sunday.The visitors score an imposing 173 for 5.Gavin Bailiff (48) tries in vain to recover from a poor start to the reply as the innings closes on 138 for 7.

All games were cancelled due to rain across the county.The club lost in the NF President's Cup Final to Lymington on Friday evening.A much weakened side was no match for a strong Lymington XI as a total of just 93 (Chris Vaughan 23) was polished off in comfort by 7 wickets.

The first team win emphatically at Lymington by 110 runs thanks mainly to in-form Andy Sexton's second ton in three weeks.Sexton made 108 in a total of 271 for 7 with Richie Armstrong making 45 and Chris Jones 29.The home side were reduced to 76 for 7 before a late recovery saw them post 161 all out.Josh Digby's first SEPCL fifty helped the seconds secure a vital 114 run win at home to US Portsmouth.Digby (60),Phil Morris (40) and Greg Jones (37) made the significant scores in a total of 243 for 9.Neil Taylor (3 for 14) prospered as the visitors middle order tried to hit out but were rolled over for just 129.

The first team lose at Totton & Eling by 136 runs.Andy Neal (5 for 51) and Matt King (3 for 78) bowled valiantly but couldn't stop the home side reaching 285 all out.Neil Thurgood (29) and Chris Jones (30) provided a start but only Richie Armstrong with an unbeaten 44 made any sort of contribution in a disappointing 149 all out.

Poor bowling and fielding cost the second team dear against Easton & MW.A one legged John Whiting (3 for 31) stood out as the visitors reached 234 for 8.The usual collapse to 40 for 4 saw skipper Shaun Lilley joined by Simon Dean (30) these two briefly gave the two's a glimmer of hope but when an exhausted Lilley was bowled for a superb 81 the game was up and the innings closed at a respectable 200.

A high scoring affair at the BCG sees the first team secure a draw against Havant.Chasing an improbable 305 to win Chris Jones (36),Gavin Bailiff (with a 40 ball 72 no ) and Andy Sexton with an overdue and quite superb 109 from 170 balls enable a total of 264 for 5 at the close.The second team's winning run comes to an end at Totton & Eling.Having reduced the home side to 77 for 8 skipper Shaun Lilley was left musing over a missed catch that saw former player Mike West hammer a career best 109 in a final total of 217. Bowling honours went to Callum Maher (3 for 52) including a hat-trick and Greg Jones (3 for 48).Ian Britton (38) and Chris Vaughan (57) saw the score to 160 for 4 but the lower order couldn't finish the job and were eventually dismissed for just 179.

The first team are forced to settle for yet another draw at Bournemouth who are restricted to 181 thanks mainly to Max Waller's outstanding 6 for 30 in 18 overs.Only Chris Jones with a defiant unbeaten 65 makes any fist of a response as the innings closes at 136 for 8.The second team make it three wins in a row with a comfortable 6 wicket win at home to bottom placed Liphook.Matt King (4 for 34) took the bowling honours with three wickets in an over as the visitors slumped from 70 without loss to 132 all out.Young guns Phil Morris (30),Callum Maher (25) and Chris Vaughan (41) seal victory with 10 overs to spare.The club bows out of the National Club KO on Sunday with a five wicket defeat at mighty Havant.Richard Morris (62),Andy Neal (44) and Gavin Bailiff (31) help post 218 for 5 from 45 overs.However a depleted bowling line up was no match for the home side as they progress to yet another regional final.

With the score on 25 for 5 the first team were facing a heavy defeat in the first "all dayer" before skipper Andy Neal and Nick Baker came to together to add 239 for the sixth wicket.Neal made a career best 127 no and Baker exactly 100 as the innings closed at 298 for 6.St.Cross minus Jimmy Adams never threatened to chase down such a big total and closed on 239 for 7 to give the ones a winning draw.The seconds win again this time at SEPCL new boys Sarisbury.Matt King (3 for 34) took the bowling honours as the home side were restricted to 190 for 8.Callum Maher showed a welcome return to form with the bat making a classy unbeaten 81 and added an unbeaten 104 with Neil "red inker" Taylor (30no) for the 5th wicket to secure the win.

The first team return to winning ways against Hampshire Academy.Chris Jones (81) and Nick Baker (40) are the mainstays in a total of 216.Gavin Bailff (3 for 24) and Kevin Nash (3 for 28) aided by seven dismissals for keeper Dan Friedman see the home side beaten by 60 runs.The second team secure a surprise win against table topping Tichborne Park at the BCG.Facing a long day in the sun did not appeal to veteran seamer John Whiting who took 5 for 36 as the visitors were shot out for just 135 (Greg Jones 3-55).The usual batting collapse ensued before Chris Vaughan (34) and Neil Taylor (43no) secured victory by 4 wickets.

The Third team secured another useful win asking the visitors Locks Heath II to chase 174, but the Bashley bowlers lead by Dave Morris (6-16) skittled the vistors out for just over 40. The Fourth team slumped to another defeat, but the Fifth team beat visitors Paultons III to record an impressive victory.

With Kevin Nash (4 for 47) leading the attack the first team dismiss Alton for 200 at the BCG.Chris Jones (30), Richard Morris (35), Andy Neal (26) and Gavin Bailiff (27) all get starts but none go on to make a match winning contribution as they slump to a disappointing 15 run defeat.The seconds have a poor day at the office allowing Bournemouth to post 229 for 7 before collapsing to 54 for 5 in reply.Neil Taylor (31) digs in but an eventual total of 142 reflects a lack of application all round.On a happier note the club progresses to a National KO regional semi-final at Havant on June 14th with a comprehensive batting display at home to Billingshurst CC from Sussex. Chasing 201 Chris Jones (39),Neil Thurgood (76no) and Richard Morris (61no) secure a 9 wicket win with 15 overs to spare.

The first team win again at Andover thanks to a solid batting display led by Richard Morris (69),Neil Thurgood (64) and Gavin Bailiff (37). Chasing a rain reduced 200 in 45 overs the home side were dismissed for 162 with new signing Nick Baker taking 4 for 31 with his leggies. The 2nd team pulled off a good four wicket win at home to Paultons by restricting the visitors to 205 for 7 before slumping to 27 for 4 in reply. Phil Morris and veteran Neil Taylor (40 no) added 108 for the sixth wicket before Morris was bowled for an entertaining 98. 

Thirds, Fouths and Fifth teams lose. Thirds all out for 143 chasing a total of 150. Four and Fifth teams continue youth policy.

The ones cruise to a seven wicket win at bogey side South Wilts.The home side were rushed out for just 138 thanks to a fine all round bowling performance. Andy Neal (3/32) was the most successful and was well supported by Max Waller (2 for 9 off 10 overs), Kevin Nash (2/29) and Greg Jones (2/42). Chris Jones (39) and Waller with a classy unbeaten 61 saw Bash to victory with 20 overs to spare.The second team start their season with an agonising one run defeat at home to newly promoted Portsmouth and Southsea.Chasing 219 (John Whiting 3 for 47) victory seemed unlikely at 30 for 3. A century stand between skipper Shaun Lilley and Gavin Bailiff (48) was ended when Bailiff was superbly caught on the long-on boundary. Lilley then took on P&S virtually single handed only to be run out off the penultimate ball having made an outstanding 104.The Third team won their first game in Hants County division 4 with a 3 wicket win over Fawley II although they made hard work of chasing 141. The Fourth team lost thir opening game with only Geoff Bettle (54) making any impact with the bat. A very youthful Fifth team lost their game at Fawley III, but will learn that wides and no balls cost matches.

The first team start their campaign with a 14 run defeat at home to Lymington.Having reduced the visitors to 2 for 3 new skipper Andy Neal would have been disappointed to see newly promoted Lymington recover to post 198 for 9.At 19 for 3 their prospects didn't look good but thanks mainly to Richard Morris' 56 and Andy Neal (25) victory looked a possibility but wickets fell at regular intervals to leave them 14 runs short.On Sunday the club progressed to the second round of the National Cup with a 56 run at Fleet. Gavin Bailiff (39), Andy Neal (38) and Andy Sexton (34) were the main contributors in a score of 205. The home side were never in contention and were dismissed for 149 with Ross Grierson taking 3 for 34.
