Cricket for Youngsters
Bashley (Rydal) Cricket Club organises cricket for youngsters, boys and girls, at all age levels from U9 right through to U17. During the winter months, training is held inside at Ballard School and from Easter onwards outside at the Club.

The coaching team is lead by Josh Digby, ECB Club Coach,
who is ably supported by a number of ECB qualified coaches.
All our ECB qualified Colts Coaches are CRB checked and have attended Good Practice Child Protection workshops and most are Appointed First Aiders.
Coaching Support
The Coaching Team is well supported by a number of enthusiastic assistant coaches and team managers. All of whom are also CRB checked and, again many are Appointed First Aiders.

Our aim is to provide . .
a centre of excellence for the coaching and development of young boys and girls playing the game of cricket.
an appropriate and safe environment for young cricketers playing the game and to encourage play in the spirit intended by the Laws of the game.
And . . . . . we aim to support . . .
the senior club by developing and encouraging young 'home-grown' talented players.
